Cultural Values and Knowledge Sharing in the Context of Sustainable Organizations

The current research studied the relationship between cultural values and tacit explicit knowledge sharing behavior in context of sustainable organizations. sample consisted 751 workers from Colombian It was found that correlated with dimensions uncertainty avoidance, individualism–collectivism, paternalism.
